More Summer Reading Challenges!

In addition to the 20 Books of Summer Challenge and Big Book Challenge, two of my blogging friends made a summer bingo challenge. I want to support them, so I am going to attempt to do their challenges this summer as well! Keep reading for more details!

My blogger friend Kav from Kav's Best Reads designed a Best Read's Summer Bingo and will be doing a giveaway once the challenge ends. You can see all the details here.

Here is the bingo board:

The second blogger friend is Carrie from Reading is My Super Power. She designed two different challenges, The first is reading Across the USA. Since it took me over a year to do this challenge, there is no way I am going to attempt it for this summer. Her second challenge seemed a bit easier to me, and it is The Summer Road Trip Challenge. She is also doing a giveaway at the end of the summer. You can see all the details for both challenges here.

For this option of the Summer Road Trip Reading Challenge, I’ve cut the number of books down to 26 and provided some road trip related prompts for some fun reads. I’ve put together some suggestions for these to get you started too, in case you need them. But because it would be a bit much to list a few books for each of the 26 prompts in one post, I’ll be including book options for 2 different prompts each week in my Weekly Update post, starting this week (June 1st). OR if you’re stuck on a prompt before I list it, feel free to ask in the comments and I’ll give you some books to match.

Like I said, this challenge seemed much more doable to me! I am looking forward to both of these challenges, knocking more books off my physical shelves and TBR and a great summer of reading.

Are you doing any challenges?!

  1. These are both so fun! I love bookish bingo. If I didn't already have a mile-long list of books I'm trying to read this summer I'd join in. But I think I'll copy the bingo cards and maybe save them for next year. :D Happy summer reading!

    1. Lark, same! I am trying to plug in books I had already planned, so I will for sure get some of the prompts!
