I was excited to finally get Rosalie and Zev's story. This is the fourth in the series, and I highly recommend reading the other books first.

Series: Only Magic in the Building #5
Author: Carina Taylor
Narrators: Stephanie Rose and Lee Samuels

My Review:
Another fun installment of the Only Magic in the Building series. These books are all set in the same historic building, with light magical elements. One thing I appreciate is that the "magical" element is different in each book.

My Review:
I put this book off for a few weeks because the title was hitting a little too close to home, LOL. However, I have to let go of my regret of judging a book by its title and assuming it would be similar to my situation.

My Review:
I had the honor of meeting Angela Ruth Strong at a reader event in November of 2024. At that time, this book was in progress, and Angela was telling me a little bit about it. I was excited about the uniqueness of the storyline. Claire Holloway Is Winging It did not disappoint.

Series: Boyfriend in the Bargain #3
Author: Jordan Millsaps

My Review:
Poor Alex is the only one of his siblings without a family. He is so lonely that when a couple of his friends suggest he let their friend Nora use his kitchen for a cooking show and have him be her student, he agrees without much thought. Her cooking is incredible, and it will be a bonus to have something to occupy his time.

My Review:
While this is the second in the series it is not imperative to read the first book in the series first. However, I will always suggest that you do 😉. The series is linked through three siblings, so the books are interrelated.

Officially Yours is the third in the series, but can easily be read as a standalone novel.

Series: Give a Bookish Girl a Biker #1
Author: Dulcie Dameron

My Review:
The Backpack Bride is the first book in the Give a Bookish Girl a Biker series. The series has multiple authors, so the books will be loosely connected and easy to read as stand-alone novels. This novel is a spinoff from Dulcie's Switch and Score book.

My Review:
Lucky Left Wing is the sixth and final book in the multiauthor series, Dating a Denver Dragon. It can be read as a standalone novel. However, it is fun to see all the Denver Dragon characters, especially in the epilogue, ten years later.

My Review:
{Insta} Family
The Insta series is one that is best read in order. It should also be read before The Bailey Brother's series, as that is a spin-off series to this one. However, ALL books in both series should be read 😁.

My Review:
This is a great romance story. Not that everything was perfect, but I loved the build up for Haley and Levi. While I have seen some hyper critical reviews, this one checked the boxes for me.
