My Review:
I can see why John Baillie's A Diary of Private Prayer is a devotional classic. I want to say the book is simply a book of prayers, but there is nothing simple about them.

My review:
How do you review a book that completely wrecks you? I have no idea, but I will attempt to give No More Faking Fine: Ending the Pretending by Esther Fleece my best shot.
Author: A. W. Tozer, complied by Phil Shappard
Publisher: Moody Publisher

My Review:
Approaching the Almighty has a beautiful hardcover. The book is divided into ten sections, with an introduction to each section. This book is the transcribed prayers of Tozer from his original sermon recordings.
Author: Jennie Allen
Publisher: Thomas Nelson
Genre: Christian Nonfiction, Self-help, Prayer

My Review:
Anything: The Prayer That Unlocked My God and My Soul is a book about surrendering to God. Not just the things that are comfortable and easy, but even the hard things that will challenge you to your very core.
Author: Skye Jethani
Publisher: Moody Publishers
Genre: Christian Nonfiction, Christian Living, Prayer
My review:
I thought with the size of this book that it was going to be a quick and easy book to read. I was wrong. While you can read it quickly because it does not have a lot of pages, you would miss so much about it. This book is best to be read slowly and savor each section.
