My Review:
Oh, this series! I am loving it!
I am enjoying seeing more of The Reprobates Ten.
I love the continuation of found family and the bond they are forming.
Poor Emma has a full-circle moment in this story, and it is difficult for her to get through, but thankfully, she has new friends who are there for her in ways she couldn't have imagined.
It's also interesting to see the dynamic change in Emma and Arabella's friendship, and you can't help but wonder what the future holds for them, especially when Arabella and her mother return to London for the next season.
There is no way to review this book/series to explain the whimsical delight that they are!

Synopsis (Amazon):
"It all began very innocently. Truly."
The
Year is 1883 and Emma M. Lion has returned to her London neighborhood
of St. Crispian’s. But Emma’s plans for a charmed and studious life are
sabotaged by her eccentric Cousin Archibald, her formidable Aunt
Eugenia, and the slightly odd denizens of St. Crispian’s.
Emma M.
Lion offers up her Unselected Journals, however self-incriminating they
may be, which comprise a series of novella-length volumes. Armed with
wit and a sideways amusement, Emma documents the curious realities of
her life at Lapis Lazuli House.
These books are whimsically delightful! :D
