Top Ten Tuesday-Children's book edition

Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic isGenre freebie (Pick any genre you’d like and build a list around it. You can even narrow the topic if you’d like, such as: thrillers with unreliable narrators, fantasy romance with fae characters, or historical romance with suspense elements.) For those who might not know, I started a new nanny position at the end of June. The girls are 22 months and 5 months old. Well, thankfully, the toddler LOVES reading, so today I am going to share the books I read on repeat! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

Top Ten Tuesday-Children's books on repeat

Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown-this has always been a favorite of mine
How do Dinosaurs say Good Night? by Jane Yolen
Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney
Good Night, Gorilla by Peggy Rathmann
It's Not Easy Being a Bunny by Marilyn Sadler
Little Blue Truck by Alice Schertle
Will You Be My Sunshine by Julia Lobo
Little Green Frog by Ginger Swift
Babies Love Valentines by Holly Berry-Bryd
I Love You Like No Otter by Rose Rossner

She has me read several more on repeat, but I couldn't remember their names off the top of my head.

Have you read any of these? I would love for you to share in the comments. To see what other topics our bookish friends are doing this week click on the image below.

  8. It's easy for me to say because I've never worked with kids, but I imagine it must be a joy! Congratulations on the job! Love that you're getting familiar with these books! 😂

    1. Haze, I knew most of them from my own kids, teaching, and years of working with kids, but some are new.

  10. I love Goodnight Moon. Nice classic. When my youngest was little loved Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? He thought he could read because he had it memorized.

  11. Carla, that's funny! It is such a fun book, it's one of my favorites too! I checked it out of the library, but so far she has only let me read a few pages.
