Stacking the Shelves #196 Sunday Post #193 Sunday Salon #187

Hey my bookish friends!!  How are you all doing? Between working and appointments, we have been busy looking for a place to live, and packing up our house. The movers come on Friday!! Here is the housing update for those who want more details (spoiler alert, we do have a place to live). My son had his wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and is doing alright. This weekend will mostly be packing, cleaning and running some errands. I also have a meeting with my functional medicine doctor, she cancelled on me yesterday. Odds are good I won't be posting next weekend, think of me as I moving/settling into a new house!! I can't wait for the whole process to be over and things to settle back into a normal routine (please, Lord, make it so). What are your plans for this weekend?

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your  shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

Other updates:

I actually finished 5 books this week. Two were short audiobooks (commuting and packing knocked those out), and two others were novellas. My review for the book I finished yesterday will hopefully be up tomorrow.

My other blog if you are interested.

What you might have missed on the blog this week:

Book Review: Waiting for Gilbert by Tasha Hackett

Book Review: Let in the Light by Proverbs 31 Ministries

Top Ten Tuesday: Let it Snow!

Book Review: Planning for Nickie by Tasha Hackett

Book Review: Christmas with a Crank by Courtney Walsh

Book Review: More Than a Tiara by Valerie Comer

I am also linking up with the Sunday Post. The Sunday Post is a blog news meme hosted at Caffeinated Reviewer. I will also be joining Deb at Readerbuzz for the Sunday Salon.

What books have you added to your physical or virtual bookshelves? I would love to hear from you. Click on the icons below to join in on the fun. Have a great weekend!

    1. Anne, yes we are moving now. We have been trying since May, the timing stinks, but it is what it is. We are moving 7 minutes from our current location.

  6. Praying for a smooth transition for you all! Our church service was canceled this week due to weather (we're getting an unusual amount of snow for this early in the year where I live), and my husband is off work, so we listened to an old sermon we missed while working on a puzzle and it's been the best day.

    1. Jodie, I hope so to, but it doesn't look likely with the move, and then traveling the day after Christmas. We might get a day or two here or there.
