My Review:
America, I'm So Glad You Were Born is a wonderful book to celebrate our 250th birthday.
The illustrations are top-notch, with vibrant colors that will draw children in. The diversity among the children reflects the reality of America, a melting pot of individuals of different races, ethnicities, and abilities. The Declaration of Independence inside the front and back covers takes the story to a whole different level.
The writing is engaging, and children will enjoy the lyrical feel. Parents will enjoy the brief history of our country that is included. The story is a great reminder of how great America truly is. We are blessed to live in a country that is ripe for opportunity, with freedom of speech and religion.
Thank you to FrontGate Media and Zondervan for the opportunity to review this book. I was not required to provide a positive review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
