First Line Friday #57- Mr. HOA

Happy Friday, my bookish friends! Any plans for the weekend? We are at my sister's house in Tennessee, we got here yesterday afternoon, had some time in the pool before the rain, and will be here until Monday. I hope to see my brother and his family this weekend as well.

With the discovery of asbestos and black mold in the walls, it is for the benefit of the residents that we require you to vacate the premises.  

About the book:

Bane Fox knows exactly what he wants in life: financial stability.

He does not want to be homeless.
He does not want to be the president of an HOA.

It’s rather unfortunate he is both of those things.
