Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday! I hope you are off to a great start to your week. This week’s topic is supposed to be Secondary/Minor Characters Who Deserve More Love, but that requires way more brain power and thought than I possess right now. So, I am going to go with the next 10 books that I will be reading, not necessarily in order. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what secondary/minor characters deserve more love, or others twist on the topic.
What books are you planning to read soon? Do we have any books/authors in common? What book secondary/minor characters do you think deserve more love? I would love to hear from you! Be sure to join in the fun by clicking on the link below to see what is on other people's lists!
I've started my next eight books (I like to read on a lot of books at the same time.)
ReplyDeleteWow! That is impressive. I try not to read more than one or two fiction books at a time, with another 1-2 that are nonfiction. Too many fiction books at the same time and I can't keep them straight!! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI couldn't come up with a list of secondary characters for this week's TTT either. Too hard for me. ;) The cover of The Amish Schoolroom totally makes me want to read that one.
ReplyDeleteLark, I get it, me too!!! I have actually had that one a while (NetGalley) and hadn't had time to get to it. I love reading Amish stories!
DeleteGreat list! I'm hoping to read Beyond the Tides soon.
ReplyDeleteI twisted the topic some, as I have trouble remembering secondary characters.
When you get the chance, I hope you stop by my post: https://readbakecreate.com/10-books-that-deserve-more-love/
Hey Pam, I also have trouble remembering secondary characters at times. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI am with you on brain power, or the lack thereof - i went off script today too lol
ReplyDeleteWill be popping over there in a few minutes to check out you list :)
DeleteI had a hard time making a list today for various reasons! My brain was definitely not engaging like I need it to :) I hope you enjoy these reads.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Thanks Susan! I understand...I think I need to look at next week's prompt and start earlier! Especially if it is one that is going to make me think, LOL!
DeleteI hope you enjoy these when you get to them!
ReplyDeleteMe too! That is our goal each time we pick up a book, isn't it :)
DeleteBeyond the Tides has such a lovely cover. Hopefully the story inside is lovely, too! :)
ReplyDeleteLectrice, I have heard nothing but good things about it, so looking forward to it :) Thanks for stopping by!!!
DeleteGreat idea for the top ten. I am not reading any of these books, but they sure look good
ReplyDeleteThanks Wendy! I just started "Husband Auditions" and it had me snickering, so I think it will be a good read :)
DeleteI see three on my list, one I finished over the weekend. Beyond the Tides is next for me...stunning cover!
ReplyDeleteHey Sarita, Which one did you finish over the weekend? I just started "Husband Auditions" and it started out funny. I hope you enjoy Beyond the Tides, I am looking forward to it as well :)
Delete"Beyond the Tides" and "The Husband Auditions" are some of my next reads, too! :-) They both look great, and so do many others on your list. So many books, so little time...
ReplyDeleteErin, the struggle is real. I am loving Husband Auditions, it is just the lighthearted read that I was needing :)
