Top Ten Tuesday -20 Books for Christmas

Happy Tuesday, friends! Today for top ten   Tuesday we get to pick our own topic! I decided to join the #20booksforChristmas challenge. This will be my first year joining in all the fun 😀 I love Christmas and enjoy reading books about Christmas. This is the first year that I can recall starting to read Christmas books this early. Usually I wait until around Thanksgiving. However, this year needs more Christmas and hope, wouldn't you agree? To find out what our other bookish friends are doing for Top Ten Tuesday check out That Artsy Reader Girl.
This challenge is hosted by the blog Tea & Cake for the Soul. If you know me at all, you know I LOVE challenges, so I am jumping all in to this one. I would love for you to join in and participate. The awesome news is you can chose to do 5, 10, or 20 books, depending on your want to/time available to participate!

Books I will for sure be reading:

Books I hope to read (I have requested and I am waiting to see if I am approved):

If I can't get my hands on a copy of the books I hope to read, here are my fall backs (still great books! Between all of these I should easily hit 20):

So, what are you waiting for? Click on the picture below to "officially" join in all the fun, make your own Christmas post, and then come back here and drop your link so I can see what you will be reading over the next few months.

What topic did you pick for this week's Top Ten Tuesday? I would LOVE to hear your thoughts.

P.S. Check out this list from Blogger Radiant Light for MORE Christmas reads!
And this list from Carla Loves To Read 😀

  3. What the heck! So many Christmas books in one year? I am lucky if I read one Christmas book and it is usually a reread.

    1. Anne, LOL, I didn't think 20 was that many!! Granted, I don't normally read that many in a given year either, but I had 6 for review and another 6 that I am waiting to hear back from...didn't seem that much to stretch to 20, and some are novellas ;)

  4. What a good idea for this week's TTT! And so many fun Christmas books on your list. I have a short list of Christmas books I didn't have a chance to read last year that I'm determined to read this year...I'm starting on them next month so I don't run out of time again. :)

    1. I understand. 6 of these are reviews and another 6 are requested reviews and I love participating in challenges. I thought this would be a great way to end the year :)

  5. I always enjoy seasonal reads this time of year, and I like to read Christmas books (especially a good Christmas mystery) as the holiday gets near. I love that cover of Bookshop!

  7. It is Christmas already? Where did the time go?

I just noticed almost all theses books have the word Christmas in the titles. I don't think I've read any books with Christmas lately. But I like Christmas as an excuse to buy stuff.

I hope you will enjoy all these Christmas books. Thank you for your visit. Have a lovely day.

    1. Hi Lissa, I was rude and skipped straight over fall and Thanksgiving, I need to sneak a few of those in as well. I am not looking to skip the seasons and I don't normally start reading Christmas this early, but I felt like it would be a fun way to end the year. If I start in October maybe by Christmas I will have read 20 :)
