My Review:
I love reading Rachel Hauck's books. So when I noticed she had a Christmas book I HAD to listen to it.
I did not realize that it was part of The Wedding Dress Collection series, but that was fine because I had read all three of them 😀. While The Wedding Dress Christmas could be read as a stand-alone novel, I highly recommend going back and reading the series first.“Surely she imagined things. But change in her life, her family’s,
especially around Christmas, meant pain, betrayal, trauma, and death.”
From the beautifully created cover to the engaging storyline, this story captured my attention and had me back in small-town (Hearts Bend) Tennessee with all the Christmas feels. JoJo is struggling after a traumatic experience and the hardships that have fallen on her family. If anyone needs a Christmas miracle, it is her.
“Let go, Jo. Replace all your fears with love.”
Buck Mathews, a country music sensation, is in town for the holidays. He is taking some much needed R&R while being with his parents after his mom's latest diagnosis. He had no idea that his best friend, JoJo was also back in town. Love was not on his radar, just resting and enjoying the holidays before his next tour.
With doses of humor, the author weaves a beautiful story of friendship, overcoming fears, small-town America, the season of Christmas, likable characters, and two headstrong people with opposing goals that might find something worth compromising for. A wonderful read to bring out all the Christmas feels.

Synopsis (from Goodreads):
December comes to quaint Hearts Bend, Tennessee, with a blanket of white and the glitter of Christmas lights.
For
JoJo Castle there is no place like home. Her onetime love of adventure
ended when her life in the big city came crashing down. Now that she’s
home, she never wants to leave again.
Country music sensation
Buck Mathews has charmed the world with his smile and his music.
However, news of his mother’s illness brought him home to Hearts Bend
for the holiday season.
Working with her cousin Haley in The
Wedding Shop, JoJo has no aspirations of love. But when her high school
crush returns to town, her buried feelings surface.
Busy with his
career, Buck hasn’t had time for family and friends, much less love.
Seeing JoJo in The Wedding Shop reminds him there are things more
important than his career.
But JoJo and Buck have opposing life
goals, and there’s no middle ground. Can love, especially the kind that
touches hearts at Christmas, overcome her fears and his quest for
greatness?
With the help of a very special wedding dress, there just might a Christmas miracle.
