Spell the Month in books September 2025

I am happy to be participating in this monthly meme again! It is hosted by Jana @ Reviews From the Stacks. Here is how she describes the meme: Spell the Month in Books is a linkup hosted on Reviews From the Stacks on the first Saturday of each month.

Spell the Month in Books is a pretty straightforward meme. On the first Saturday of each month I open up a thread welcoming participants to leave a comment with a link to their post, but you can join at any point during the month. Find book titles that start with each letter in the month’s name, make a list, share your list, and that’s it! At the end of each linkup post I share optional challenge themes for the next three months and a button that you can embed in your post if you want an easy way to point others here.

This month's theme is Something to Savor

S-Saving the Date by Jenny B. Jones

E-Everything's Coming Up Rosie by Courtney Walsh

P-Positively Penelope by Pepper Basham

T-Turtles in the Road by Rhonda Rhea

E-Echoes Among the Stones by Jaime Jo Wright

M-Mistletoe (the) Countess by Pepper Basham

B-Bram Baxter Marries the Wrong Sister by Latisha Sexton

E-Extraordinary (the) Deaths of Mrs. Kip By Sara Brunsvold

R-Royally Rearranged by Emma St. Clair

These are all books to savor and/or reread!! What would you choose for September?

There you have it, the month of September spelled with books I have read. Are you participating in this meme? If you decide to participate, let me know, and I will visit your post! Have a great week!

  1. I love the cover on Turtles in the Road.

  2. It definitely is a nice idea to use your favourite ones. I thought it might be easier to go with the "long books" idea. Well, we all have our preferences. You did well.

    1. Marianne, wellllll, I also might not have a ton of long books on my TBR, and it would have made it harder, LOL!

  5. This would be so hard for me--particularly if I had to stay on theme. These are great choices!
