Stacking the Shelves #185 Sunday Post #182 Sunday Salon #176

Hey my bookish friends! How was your week? We hiked again last weekend, and my son started college on Monday, after taking 3 years off of school and just working. It was another busy week and Thursday I noticed the toddler I nanny was getting sick, so yesterday (Friday), my boss ended up giving me the day off, as the baby and her husband was sick! I feel like I am coming down with something, please pray I don't get sick, or it goes away quickly, as we are going to TN next weekend for a sibling reunion so my mom can see us all together again before she passes (terminal cancer, she may have a year or two, but wants to travel now, while she still feels up to it). It has been 13 years since we were all together, and one of my nephews wasn't even born then. Today we are planning to do another hike, and my son is off so he can join us! Other than that and Church tonight, I plan to read, blog, and relax this weekend.

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your te  shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

Library Treasures: I had 5 books checked out, then 2 ARCs came in, I remembered I still had to read my book club book, and I really need to read more from my physical shelves, so they are all going back 😂😂

  1. Fingers crossed you don't get sick...take lots of Zicam and Vitamin C. And your sibling reunion sounds like such a great moment to all be together with your mom. I hope and pray you can pull it off.

    1. Thanks Lark! Yes, I have been doing ALL the things to try and stay healthy. We were going to go to church tonight, but decided it would be best to stay in and watch online (it's a large church), so we don't pick up anymore germs.

    1. Olivia, I am so sorry to hear you have been sick! I hope you are feeling MUCH better. I didn't get full blown sick, just low energy. Hopefully it doesn't hit while we are there.
