Stacking the Shelves #214 Sunday Post #211 Sunday Salon #205

Hey, my bookish friends!!  How are you all doing? I did not mean to disappear from this meme for so many weeks. Normally, this time of year is slow for me, with plenty of time to blog, but that has not been the case this year. Last weekend (Fri & Sat), we moved my daughter into her new apartment (yay!), but I was also sick with a virus. On Saturday, my sister, her husband, and my 15-year old niece came for a week long visit. We had to hurry back from Columbus to be here in time to greet them. It was a very busy, long week, and they left yesterday (Sat) morning. We went to Lake Wallace, Headlands Park at Lake Erie (the wind was awful), Amish country, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and I did a Mystery tour with my niece and daughter in Medina (a scavenger hunt type thing). We are exhausted and trying to put the house back in order and rest up before work tomorrow actually ended up on a 4-mile hike this morning on a new trail. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your  shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

Other updates:

I finished four books this week (two audio because I did a ton of walking!) and DNFd one. I am currently caught up on my reviews. I signed up to participate in Jana's Christmas in July event and I am super excited. July is my birthday month and with how hard this year has been, I thought it would be fun to send and receive a few gifts. Are you participating? This week, I hope to get back to my normal blogging schedule.

What you might have missed on the blog this week:

Book Review: Target Acquired by Lynette Eason

Book Review: Misfortune and Mr. Right by Savannah Scott

Book Review: Serial Burn by Lynette Eason

Book Review: Clean Out of Luck by Carina Taylor

What books have you added to your physical or virtual bookshelves? I would love to hear from you. Click on the icons below to join in on the fun. Have a great weekend!

  14. I hope you're feeling better! A virus on top of a busy week is no fun at all.

We visited Cuyahoga National Park a couple of years ago and really had a good time! We loved the waterfalls and hiking around the Ledges area.
