Stacking the Shelves #3

This is my third week participating in stacking the shelves and I am surprised by how many books came into my house this week. Doing this prompt has made me more aware of the books that I am buying/winning/borrowing.

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. Don’t forget audiobooks! In other words, if you can read it or if it can be read to you – no matter how you got it – it belongs in Stacking the Shelves. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality. Click on the link to join in the fun 😀

Reviewing for Revell but received on Net Galley:

Tacos for Two by Betsy St. Admant

Labyrinth of Lies by Irene Hannon

Reviewing for Moody Publishers:

Letting God be Enough by Erica Wiggenhorn

Reviewing for Kregel:

Spouse in the House by Cynthia Ruchti and Becky Melby

Borrowed from Library:

Carved in Stone by Elizabeth Camden (but reviewing for Net Galley)

Point of Danger by Irene Hannon (so I can read both books currently in the series)

A Distance Too Grand by Regina Scott(to see if I like this series and want to review the 3rd)

Nothing Short of Wondrous by Regina Scott

Borrowed from Scribd (doing a 30-day trial):

Falling for Your Best Friend's Twin by Emma St. Clair (audio book)

Won

Such a Deliverance as This by Rebecca Velez

So, the crazy thing is, I am behind on my reviews and trying NOT to get more books...yet I checked books out of the library that I probably will not get a chance to read at this point. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself, LOL! I borrow the books in paperback that I need to review for Net Galley when I can, because I tend to read books faster than Kindle books, anyone else? Also, have you used Scribd? What do you think? I am thinking I will like it better than Audible (tried it last month) and it will make a nice addition to my Hoopla (can only borrow 3 audio books and when you get a dud, that is just not enough for one month). I also have 6 pending requests for Net Galley.

What books have you added to your shelves this week? Looking forward to seeing what you all are finding to stack your shelves 😀

    1. Girl, it was hysterical!! I loved it. Not a Christian fiction, but still a PG-13 clean romance. SO many great lines, I started the review, but haven't had a chance to finish it.
