Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is books with dynamic duos in them. I am not feeling the topic so I am going rogue. I will be celebrating Palindrome day and highlighting books that I have read or plan to read with "Two" in the title. Happy two day!!! (2-22-22) Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today!

ReplyDeleteI was curious, and realized I read a lot of books with Two in the title. This will ive you an idea (only the ones with stars are the ones I have read so far): https://www.goodreads.com/review/list/5215426-emma?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search%5Bquery%5D=two
And here is my post: https://wordsandpeace.com/2022/02/22/top-ten-books-with-dynamic-duos/
Wow, Emma, that's a lot of books with two in them! Thanks for stopping by :)
DeletePerfect idea for a post today!
ReplyDeleteSo glad your LFL is already being used...
Deb, me too!!!! I noticed this morning the books are messy so people are coming by when I don't see them too, which makes me very happy!
DeleteA great twist! I hope to read Tacos for Two in 2022!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog earlier.
Pam @ Read! Bake! Create!
Thanks Pam.
DeleteBooks with 'two' in the title is so perfect for today! Great twist on this week's TTT. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lark!
DeleteWhat a delightful selection here. I never thought of how many books have the word "two" in the title. I've read the Suzanne Woods Fisher one, and just about every other one she's written. Love seeing your LFL. Have fun with it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Deanne. I love Suzanne Woods Fisher.
DeleteWhat a fun take on today's topic! Now I want Taco's for dinner. LOL. Your free little library is so cute!! I hope you post more pictures of it and let us know how it's working.
ReplyDeleteLOL, I am having tacos tonight ;) I will be posting more pictures of the library and doing updates, I am just currently behind on EVERYTHING!
DeleteI love One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. It was my favorite Dr. Seuss book as a kid.
ReplyDeleteI love most of Dr. Suess's books :)
DeleteI love your take on the topic. And, The Penderwicks series is a beloved favorite of mine!
ReplyDeleteLisa, we LOVE the Penderwicks. We listened to them all on audio on trips and they were so much fun!
DeleteWhat a great post for 2/22/22. I wish I thought of it. The only one on this list that I have read is the one by Dr. Seuss. Thanks for sharing and for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cheryl.
DeleteGreat twist and list
ReplyDeleteThanks Sarita!
DeleteYour Little Free Library is adorable!
ReplyDeleteThanks Gypsi!
DeleteWhat a fantastic idea for palindrome day. Love it.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT this week.
Thanks Marianne!
DeleteSo cool that you noted the palindrome! I've wanted to read Penderwicks, though I am wary because someone suggested that the sequel ends on a disappointing/ bitter note? I hope not!
ReplyDelete~Lex (lexlingua.co)
Lex, my whole family (guys and girls) loved the series. I would give it a try!
DeleteCongrats on your LFL!! I love mine. It is so satisfying to see people come and take books.
ReplyDeleteI love your rogue idea for TTT.
Thanks Kami, I am excited it is finally open!
DeleteI love that your LFL has a lower shelf for kids. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteFun twist on the topic today. I did a quick search of my GoodReads shelves and found eleven that I would count (A subtitle of "Two Novels" seems like cheating.) And now I'm in the mood for tacos!
Jen, yes, I really wanted them to be able to pick their own books :) I am having tacos tonight!
DeleteOh this is clever! You can also add Agatha Christie's One, Two, Buckle my shoe. Really good read.
ReplyDeleteI so wish to have a little free library, but then again - I have a whole school library. Don't get greedy... I also love your design and I do hope it will be very successful.
Elza, that's a great one to add! I hope that people will enjoy it. I have had a few visitors :)
DeleteI love your twist on this! So fun.
ReplyDeleteAlso, congratulations on your Free Little Library! It looks awesome and I know it will be a blessing to your community. :-)
Thanks Erin. I hope it will be a blessing :)
DeleteFun twist on the topic! And I love your LFL. The design is unique and fun.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
Thanks Susan :)
DeleteAnother LFL for the world, yay! That is a cool design; I've never seen one with two separate compartments.
ReplyDeleteAlso a great topic for this day, lol. Glad you had options...turns out I hardly have any on my Goodreads shelves at all, and only one I actually loved enough to recommend: A Tale of Two Horses by Aime Tschiffely.
Thank you! We wanted the little kiddos to be able to pick their own books!!! I did have a lot of options ;) I have not heard of your book, but will look it up :)
DeleteLove your topic this week and congrats on opening your Little Free Library. I love the design. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Suzanne!
DeleteYour free little library looks so pretty! What a wonderful idea. Hope others will enjoy the books as much as we do.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
