Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

The first two I won off of Chautona's Instagram account (I actually already own them on Kindle but I love paperback copies!). The next two are for blog tours for Kregel and the last one I won in a book giveaway!
I added 15 books to my Goodreads shelf this week. Funny store, I was cleaning things out and I find a handwritten list of books that I wanted to read...I don't know how long I had that list but I added them to my Goodreads account so I could throw the paper away.
I finished 3 books this week. I have posted two of the reviews and the other will post tomorrow (Sunday).
I am also linking up with the Sunday Post. The Sunday Post is a blog news meme hosted at Caffeinated Reviewer. I will also be joining Deb at Readerbuzz for the Sunday Salon.
Nice new books. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteThanks Harvee!
DeleteYour weekend sounds lovely! I particularly like the reading/chilling with family aspect:)). I hope you enjoy your new reads and have a great week, Cindy - and many thanks for swinging by!
ReplyDeleteYes, the reading and chilling with my family is my favorite part too :)
DeleteYou’ve had a lucky week winning books! I hope you have a great week ahead!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteIt's so hard to find good books! I'm hoping I'll be taking some suggestions from the Sunday Salon this week.
ReplyDeletebest... mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Mae, I have the opposite problem, so many good books and not enough time. I guess if depends on what genres you prefer.
DeleteHidden has me curious with that cover.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a nice weekend. :)
Greg, I enjoy Vanetta Chapman's books so when I saw it was free I grabbed it. Have a great weekend!
DeleteYou too!
DeleteCindy, I'd say you are doing a great job - stacking the shelves LOL I discovered from another blogger a great app called BOOK BUDDY in less than (1) hour I now have all my physical books (200+) on the app and hope to add all my eBooks (2,000+) LOL at some point as well.
ReplyDeleteDiane, do you use any other apps/websites to keep track of your books? I like Goodreads and will look into Book Buddy. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteSo many books, so little time... Those TBR lists just keep growing. Sounds like you have a nice weekend planned, hope its a good one!
ReplyDeleteGretchen, so true :) I hope you have a good weekend as well.
DeleteI love whenever I win a book, congratulations, Cindy. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteCarla, so do I! It is always a wonderful surprise!
DeleteLooks like all free books. Always the best way to get them, right?
ReplyDeleteMark, absolutely!! My favorite way for sure :)
DeleteHope you enjoy all the books. I got approved for four more on Netgalley, including Nicholas Sparks' latest, and a publisher sent me a HUGE 914 page book which is going to take a couple months to read.
ReplyDeleteBonnie, 914 pages, WOW! What book is it? And, I HOPE you like it!!! I am still debating requesting some on Net Galley but I'm not sure. I need to see what my obligations are and what I think would be best.
DeleteI tried cleaning up my Goodreads TBR, then I keep adding, so don't know why I bothered, lol. Hope you enjoy your new books!

Lisa, I totally understand, it's a never ending process!
DeleteSounds like a great weekend with family... enjoy the new books!
ReplyDeleteThanks JoAnn!
DeleteI love free kindle books! I also love the Goodreads app and am constantly adding new books with the hope that maybe someday I will get round to getting a copy and reading them 🤣
ReplyDeleteHope you have had a great weekend!

Emily, yes! If I can't afford it I ask my library to order books. I am planning to do that soon!
DeleteSounds like you've got a perfect weekend planned with a lot of family time. I love all these beautiful, vintage-looking book covers. Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteOMG I LOVE when I find a handwritten list of books to be added to my Goodreads! I would probably paste the handwritten list into my bullet journal in addition to adding the books to my GR because I love handwritten things like that, even if they are in my crappy handwriting. LOL
ReplyDeleteSounds like a lovely, peaceful, Sunday! Enjoy!
Lol, it was funny! It had to be at least 5-10 years old!!
DeleteHi Cindy!! It feels as if I've been away for ages, but it's only been just over a week.
ReplyDeleteBook Mail doesn't count as adding books to your TBR. It's "work". Oh how I love my own logic!! But you did get a few really great ones.
Hope you are well and that you will have a good week ahead!
Elza Reads
Elza, did you enjoy your vacation?! I hope you have a great week too!
DeleteI really like the cover for Midnight's Budding Morrow. It's really pretty. :) Your weekend sounds nice and relaxing. We had an openhouse for our place yesterday. We just got done with church about an hour ago and now I'm just relaxing. I hope you have a great week.
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Post
Jenni, good luck with trying to sell the house! That's so much work! I hope you have a relaxing afternoon and a wonderful week!
DeleteEnjoy your new reads!

ReplyDeleteThanks Yvonne!!
DeleteEnjoy your new books! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThanks, you too!
DeleteReading and chilling with the family sounds like a lovely way to spend the weekend! Enjoy your new reads! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteHopefully you had a great Sunday! Have a nice week :)
ReplyDeleteEsther, thanks, you too!
DeleteI don't think it really counts as new books if you are just adding books that have been on a list for a long time. lol
ReplyDeleteI'm always tempted by Kindle freebies. I hope your weekend was lovely!
Deb, LOL, true!! I am being more discerning with my Kindle freebies, I want to make sure I am only getting books I really want to read. I had a good weekend and hope you did as well.
DeleteAll those book look like interesting reads.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Thanks!
DeleteGreat haul! I hope you will enjoy these.
ReplyDeleteThanks Yvonne, me too :)
