Top Ten Tuesday-Wishing and Hoping

Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is: Bookish Wishes  Like most of you, I have a never ending list of books I want to read, but I have a smaller list of books that I would like to own. As I've gotten older, the list continues to get smaller. I used to want to own every book, now I only want favorites, or books that I can't get at my library. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

Top Ten Tuesday- Top 5 Bookish wishes

I am reading another series by Beth Brower, so The Q by her was recommended. My library does not have a copy, so I would like to eventually get it and read it.

Crossed Off and Cross the Line by C.C. Warrens are part of my favorite suspense series ever, her Holly series. I have the first two books, and I think the last two, but not these two...eventually, LOL!

An Overdue Match by Sarah Monzon. I absolutely loved this book and want a copy for my keeper shelf, to eventually read again.
Waiting for Gilbert by Tasha Hackett. I read this last Christmas and immediately wanted to read it again. I hope to someday own my own copy.

Those are my top 5 book wishes on my Amazon list. What are some of your bookish wishes?

Have you read any of these? What topic did you go with this week? I would love for you to share in the comments. To see what other topics our bookish friends are doing this week click on the image below.

  1. I am the same way! I really only want favorites or hard to find at the library books. these days. An Overdue Match looks so cute! I think I commented that before too, when you were reading it. Lol. I need to get to it, maybe this summer.

  6. I'm the same, I used to want all the books but now I also only want to own physical copies of my absolute favorite books. An Overdue Match looks like a fun read. I hope you'll get all of these on your shelf some day soon :)

  10. I’m not a re-reader so I don’t feel I need to own any books. I love buying them for others though!

  12. I haven't read either of those, but An Overdue Match is on my TBR now! I also have found that I want to read more books than I want to own, although after a many-year hiatus from filling up shelves, I've started to indulge again in buying a few books now and then.

  13. I have Tasha Hackett's book and need to read it. I've liked Sarah's books in the past too so I need to try that one.

  14. I'm the same! I ran out of shelf space a long time ago. Now I get books from the library and only buy the ones I really liked and will reread.

    1. Aj, it's the perfect way to do it when you have a great library system (I haven't always been as blessed as I am now with it).
