Hey, my bookish friends!!  How are you all doing? I had a decent week. We had book club Thursday night and that was fun. I am not sure, as I type this, what we are doing this weekend. My daughter might come for a visit, she might not. I don't know if the weather is supposed to be nice or not, but I am hoping to get some walks in. I am excited that it is officially spring, I am just hoping the weather gets the memo, LOL! Bring on the sunshine and warm weather!

A member of my book club won a book club set of The Bitter End Birding Society by Amanda Cox and gave them out Thursday evening. We will read it as our August book club pick.

Her newest release, The Bookshop of 99 Doors is releasing in a few weeks, and I have pre-ordered it. I didn't know she had another traditionally published book coming in October until I got her newsletter yesterday. So exciting!!

Other updates:

I finished 6 books this week, and a novella. One was an audio book that I had been listening to for a while, and another was a nonfiction I had been reading for a few weeks (I did not read 6 full books all in a week). I have one review that will post on Sunday. Most of the books I read this week were rereads, including our book club book, The Secret Garden.
