Can't Wait Wednesday-The Bluff

Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing The Bluff by Emma St. Clair. It's no secret that I LOVE her books and I can't wait to read this one!! It is the second book in the Graham Brothers series. It is set to release September 30, 2022. It will also be free on Kindle Unlimited!!!

Top Ten Tuesday-Brides

Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is bookish characters (these could be readers, writers, authors, librarians, professors, etc.). I read this wrong and thought it was any type of character in a book, so I decided to focus on brides. After rereading the topic and understanding it, I decided to stick with brides because the books I could think of that had bookish characters are all ones that I have talked about here, several times over. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

This meme is hosted by Kathryn at The Book Date. I am reading/listening to To Win Her Heart by Karen Witemeyer.

Stacking the Shelves #21, Sunday Post #18, Sunday Salon #13

Hey bookish friends! How are things going for you? It was a very busy week and start of the weekend, which is why I am getting this out later than usual. My son had a music performance this morning. It was supposed to be an hour and a half with all the students performing. It was 2 1/2 hours!! The weather started out great but was pouring by the end. My in-laws had come to see my son perform and then came over for lunch. Happy Mother's Day weekend to all the moms out there. 😀

First Line Friday #49-The Lost Book of Eleanor Dare

Happy Friday, my bookish friends! Any plans for the weekend? My son is performing in a music concert Saturday morning (as long as it does not rain) and my in-laws will come over for lunch. If it rains it turns into a new plans day with the whole family home since both kiddos (my daughter got back from college Monday evening) had taken off for the concert. Other than church we have no plans for Sunday. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!

Welcome back to First Line Friday hosted by Carrie at Reading is My SuperPower!! I am also linking up with Gilion on Rose City Reader for Book Beginnings. This is where you share the beginning of the book that you are reading. To join in the fun grab the book you are reading and leave a comment with the first line (or your link).  This week I am reading The Lost Book of Eleanor Dare by Kimberly Brock.
