It's Monday! What are you reading? #2

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are planning to read over the week. It’s a great post to organize yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and add to your TBR pile! This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at The Book Date.

What I read last week:

I did not finish the audio of A Long Time Comin' I listened for 2 1/2 hours and just couldn't get into it. I was bummed since I try to finish everything I start, but I just couldn't do it.

 What I am currently reading:

  4. A Girl's Guide to the Outback looks fun. I know its a disappointment when an audiobook doesn't work out, I just returned one to Audible yesterday, I just knew even though the author has been a favourite in the past, its no longer for me.

  8. I hate it when I plan to read a book and I just can't get through it. But it happens. The older I get, the easier it is for me to drop a disappointing book.

A Girl's Guide to the Outback looks great!

    1. Deb, I agree. There are SO many great books out there, why waste time on ones we can't get into? I LOVED a Girl's Guide to the Outback, it was great, I finished it this morning. I hope to write the review later today.

    1. Wendy, Have you read C.C. Warrens before? If not, check into her Holly Series, they were amazing as well. Firefly Diaries comes out in October, but in the meantime you can read the others ;)

  12. It sounds like you had a good reading week. My reading has been a bit slow as of late. I just haven't been reading as much as I would like. I am headed over to read your review of A Girls Guide to the Outback. I hope you are enjoying your weekend and have a great week!
