Anticipated Releases for 2022

 Happy New Year!! I can't believe this is the last day of 2021. I am not sad to see it go and I always eagerly anticipate a new year. I am participating again in the Top 10 of 2021 hosted by Kimberly Faye Reads. Today's topic is books I am looking forward to in 2022. This will be an easy list for me to make since I started a Goodreads shelf a while back with my most anticipated releases of 2022, although most of them are in the early part of the year. The hard part will be narrowing it down to ten. So here we go:

Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing Dreams of Gold by Traci Hunter Abramson. It is the second book in the Dream's Edge series and comes out February 7, 2022. I have been waiting on this one every since I finished the first book, An Unlikely Pair. 

Top Ten Tuesday-Books that surprised me

 Happy Tuesday, friends! The theme for today's top ten Tuesday is books I would hand to someone who claims to not like reading. This is difficult for me to do because I feel like you really have to know someone and their interests in order to find a book that will be a good fit for them. Plus, the mood they are in as well will affect their enjoyment of a book. So, I decided to tweak this a bit and do 10 books that surprised me-meaning that I enjoyed more than I thought I would (actually have 11 and could have kept going 😉). I highly recommend listening to this one on audio for your first reading, otherwise you might miss some of the sarcasm and allegory. This is NOT a genre I would normally read from, but it was fabulous!

Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday! While I love to read it is rare to have uninterrupted time to just sit and read. I imagine it is the same with you. So, this week’s topic features books that I would read in one sitting (or would if I had the time!) I was immediately drawn to this book by the beautiful cover. When I have had the opportunity to watch the Olympics, I always enjoyed watching pairs skating. It always amazed me what people could do on the ice, as in stuff I couldn't even do on dry land!
