My Review:
All for Anna is Nicole Deese's debut novel. Having read more of her recent books, I should not have been surprised by the depth of the novel, but I was.
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well.
Today's
Top Ten Tuesday is books I meant to read in 2023 and didn't get to. This is definitely one of the easier topics, but I'm not sure I want to know, LOL! Top Ten
Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
Here are my forgotten books:
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books on My Fall 2023 To-Read List. This is probably one of the easiest lists we make all year. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
I am going to take a page out of other blogger's books and make at least two parts to my Fall TBR list. I already made a September TBR list here, it should technically be part one, LOL. I have read or DNFed 4/10 books from that list. Here is part 1.5:
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Characters from Different Books Who Should Team Up (or date, be friends with, etc.) (Submitted by Cathy @ WhatCathyReadNext). While it is a great topic, it is not one that would be easy for me to do. I am going to go with my top books I have read this summer. Top Ten 8 Books of Summer 2023:
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books I’ve Read/Want to Read Because of Top Ten Tuesday (books you discovered through Top Ten Tuesday, or they kept appearing in top tens and you got intrigued) (submitted by Ellie at Curiosity Killed the Bookworm). I think this is a fabulous topic and I have been keeping a list for the last few months in anticipation of a topic like this. Unfortunately, my list is in Ohio and I am in NC, so we will have to rely on my memory, LOL! I apologize in advance for not remembering whose list I got the books from. 10ish Book recommendations I want to read because of other book bloggers:
May flew by! It seemed to go faster than ever.
I finished 17 books in May (which is less than my monthly average). Click on the cover of the book if you want to read my review.

Publisher: Bethany House

My review:
Nicole Deese has written another beautiful novel, The Words We Lost. She has quickly become an author I will automatically read when I see her name. Her books are deep, gritty, and carefully crafted. While this novel deals with grief, it is not as heavy of a read as anticipated. I actually put off reading this novel because of that.
Happy Friday, my bookish friends! First Line Friday is hosted by Carrie at Reading is My SuperPower!! I am also linking up with Gilion on Rose City Reader for Book Beginnings. This is where you share the beginning of the book that you are reading. This week I am reading The Words We Lost by by Nicole Deese.
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday is our favorite books from 2022. Not sure how I am supposed to narrow it down to 10, but will give it my best shot 😂 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
Well, this should be easy since I marked 56 of the books I read this year as favorites 😂😂 Here are my top 10ish (in no particular order):
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books I Loved So Much I Had to Get a Copy for My Personal Library (Submitted by Alecia @ The Staircase Reader). This should be fairly simple for me as I can think of a few books I have added over the last few years for this exact reason 😀 The hard part will be narrowing it down 😂 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is one word reviews for the last 10 books you have read. This topic was submitted by Susan at Bloggin' 'bout Books. This sounds hard and interesting so let's see how this goes! I loved All That it Takes and spent quite a bit of time just savoring the story.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are planning to read over the week. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and add to your TBR pile! This meme is hosted by Kathryn at The Book Date. I am reading All That it Takes by Nicole Deese.
Happy New Year!! I can't believe this is the last day of 2021. I am not sad to see it go and I always eagerly anticipate a new year. I am participating again in the Top 10 of 2021 hosted by Kimberly Faye Reads. Today's topic is books I am looking forward to in 2022. This will be an easy list for me to make since I started a Goodreads shelf a while back with my most anticipated releases of 2022, although most of them are in the early part of the year. The hard part will be narrowing it down to ten. So here we go:
