Hey bookish friends! This week was back to the grind! I went back to work (nanny job) on Monday. That afternoon I looked out the window and there was a puddle under my car! Guess what went back into the shop on Tuesday?! My MIL also went into the hospital on Monday, with some kind of infection (she had knee replacement surgery the Wednesday before). Wednesday my daughter went back to college and my husband took a mental health day (we needed it!). We also realized there was a puddle in one of the rooms of the basement, so we have a small leak. Thursday I got my car back again! This morning was all work, I am fighting a migraine and I HOPE to relax the rest of this day :) How are you doing?

You Make It Feel Like Christmas has a beautiful, eye-catching cover. It is a quick read, and not just because it is a novella.

Hey bookish friends! How are you all doing? I had another busy week, but it was slower toward the end of the week. Still no word on when we will get the car back. Today I am resting, tomorrow I am going to Church, and Monday I will be celebrating Christmas with my family (with reading on the agenda every day, of course!). What are your plans for the weekend? I have not made a list like that, and this year I don't plan to (gasp!). Usually my list is made up of ARCs and books on my book challenges. I only have one ARC that I have committed to, and I don't plan to do any traditional challenges in the next year (we'll see how long that resolve lasts, LOL). August Reading Wrap-Up

August found me with more reading time...although the month still flew past.

I finished 21 books again in August and DNFed 4. Audio books really helped my numbers this month, as did a few short books. I am back to my average 😊. Click on the cover of the book if you want to read my review.

The Love Script is the first in Toni Shiloh's newest series, Love in the Spotlight. This one is harder to review, as some scenes rubbed me the wrong way.

Hey bookish friends! How are things going for you? I am doing pretty good. Our carpet was replaced yesterday (5 days early 😀😀😀) so today we are FINALLY unpacking everything we have not been able to unpack (like my 📚📚📚📚)!!! I might go out and do some Christmas shopping as well, but it will mostly be unpacking and organizing!

September Reading Wrap-Up

Summer is officially over, the trees are starting to change, we have a lot of changes going on over here, especially with the move, which affected my reading for September. It will most likely affect October and November as well, but I will do what I can!!
