Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is a freebie. I am too tired to come up with an original idea so I decided to look over previous topics from before I had a blog. I landed on book series I would like to catch up on. One of my reading goals for this year was to finish book series I had already started and to make that list. Since I only put two series on that list, this will help me to at least make the list 😂 I will list the series and then put the books from that series I need to read to complete it. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
Top Ten Book Series I would love to catch up on:
The Kaely Quinn series by Nancy Mehl
The Windy City Saga by Jocelyn GreenPelican Harbor series by Colleen Coble
The SoCal series by Sarah Monzon
Hidden Justice series by Cara Putnam. This one is a little confusing because it says 3 books, but this book is labeled the 4th book.
Mitchell's Crossroads by Pepper Basham
Nanchez Trace series by Patricia Bradley
The Dericott Tales by Melanie Dickerson
Lancaster Burning by Linda Byler
FBI Task Force by DiAnn Mills
Weddings by Bella series by Janice Thompson
I hope you’ll be able to catch up on all of these series soon. Do you think you’ll reread the first book(s) in them to refresh your memory or dive straight into the ones you haven’t read yet?

Lydia, I am not a huge re-reader of books, but I will refresh my memory either from the books synopsis or my reviews.
DeleteThe SoCal series has the cutest covers! I haven't heard of any of these but I hope you get to them soon!
ReplyDeleteI picked my top 10 books I've read in 2022 so far.
Ash @ Essentially Ash
Ash, I agree, the SoCal does have cute covers, they are great romcoms. I hope I get to them soonish as well...having made this list I am one step closer, LOL! After I picked this topic I thought about doing my top ten so far, but decided to stick with this one.
DeleteInteresting idea, Cindy. I am sure I could find a few series to finish if I really thought about it ... Too many books, too little time. LOL
ReplyDeleteMy TTT talks about the weather this week.
Marianne, you are correct, too many books (great problem to have) and not enough time! I will check out your TTT, thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI just talked to another blogger. The more we talk about books, the larger our TBR pile gets.
DeleteMarianne, so true!!!
DeleteI'm with ya'! I loved Kaely Quinn, and I'm a big fan of Patricia Bradley. Hope to get to go back and read some of her older books, along with Nancy Mehl's.
ReplyDeleteConnie, same, I have several books from both of them sitting on my shelves to be read, that are not part of these series ;)
DeleteWhat a good idea for this week's TTT! I have a lot of series I need to catch up on, too. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lark! I feel like I barely scratched the surface with this post, but I also realized I have a lot of series on my TBR that I've never started...so could be worse, LOL!
DeleteThis is a fun topic idea as I definitely have a lot of series I need to catch up on too. Hope you'll enjoy all of these!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lindsey, me too :)
DeleteThis is a great topic. There are so many series I'd love to catch up on. This has be thinking about all the books I need to read, lol. Great list.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT Post
Thanks Jenni!
DeleteI loved the Nancy Mehl series! I haven’t read that Sarah Monzon series, but I loved her Book Nerds and Boyfriends series. This is a great list and great topic.
ReplyDeleteThanks Amanda, I also loved the Nancy Mehl series so I am not sure why I haven't read that one yet!
DeleteNice! The only one I've read is the Green series and I really enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy all these.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Thanks, Susan. I loved the first book and how different it was from anything I had read before, so I am looking forward to finishing the series.
DeleteI just started reading Drawn by the Current to finish up that series! I loved book 2 the best (so far).
ReplyDeleteThere are a few series I need to finish, too. First on my list is An Hour Unspent by Roseanna M White. I just picked up the ebook to listen to soon.
Courtney, I still have not read my first Roseanna White book, even though I am pretty sure I am going to enjoy her stuff! I do plan to read one soon (actually was supposed to in Jan/got pushed to Feb...) so hopefully soon!
DeleteI hope you will get to these. I really need to do this and see what series I want to finish out and some to let go. Great topic.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Leslie, it has given me focus :)
DeleteI hope you're able to get to all these. This is a great topic, I'm sure I have more than 10 series I want to catch up to as well.
ReplyDeleteWendy, yep, never-ending battle ;)
DeleteI'm not familiar with any of these, but the SoCal covers are amazing! I hope you get through some of these, and enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa!
DeleteI'm slowly weeding out my GoodReads TBR and stumbling on series I had completely forgotten about. The struggle is real!
ReplyDeleteYou have some great covers here, although the SoCal series might be my favorite.
Thanks Jen, I look at Goodreads every once and a while and see if I still want to read what's there.
DeleteThe SoCal series has the cutest covers ever! But if I was to choose for myself I would pick the Nancy Mehl series. Have fun catching up on them!
ReplyDeleteMia, yes, I love suspense books too.
DeleteThere are so many good series out there! I've read several of these you've mentioned, and they are worth keeping on your TBR. :-)
ReplyDeleteErin, I know, so, so many good series out there :)
DeleteGreat topic. I hope you're able to catch up on these soon. I have several I need to catch up on as well. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Suzanne, it's a job, isn't it? ;)
DeleteFun! Hope you are able to read these and enjoy them all. I likely have plenty of series I should look into finishing too. Never ending book battle, right!? ;) Thanks so much for visiting Finding Wonderland on this week.
ReplyDeleteYes, so true, never-ending book problems :) But, you will hear no complaints from me, it is better than no books to read!
