And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

ReplyDeleteThanks Harvee, I am enjoying it immensely!
DeleteIt has been 38 years since I've moved, and the only moving I plan to do will be done by someone else---lifting my body onto a gurney and carting it to the morgue! So much work...but I'm sure you are having fun making the space your own and making new friends.
ReplyDeleteThat Pepper Basham book looks compelling. I'm trying to look away...it is my Nonfiction November.
Deb, I hate the process of moving and this one has been harder than others, it had been almost 7 years since our last move. I would love to say this is our last move but I am pretty sure I don't want 3 floors in my retirement house! The Pepper Basham book is fabulous, put it on your radar for after nonfiction November and the Cybil reading....
DeleteAh moving.....we moved into our current house about 3 years ago and swore we'd never do it again! It's SO much work. But, keep chipping away.....you'll be settled soon. :) In the meantime I wandered over to your challenge page and got inspired to join several for next year. I love a good challenge!

Yes, moving is a huge chore and this one has been harder and more time consuming than others. I overdid my commit for challenges this year so plan to scale WAAAAAY down for next year, although I do love challenges ;) Have a great weekend!
DeleteI did that this year! Last year I had so many and they got away from me, so I only did a TBR one for this year and didn't even finish it! :) Still, I'm ready to do more again. Think I just needed a break.
DeleteTerrie, I understand, I think that's where I am at as well.
DeleteMoving and unpacking and trying to 'get settled' is so overwhelming. Good luck with everything! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks Lark!
DeleteMoving is so stressful. And it always seems to take longer than it was supposed to. Good luck with all of it! :D
ReplyDeleteAshley, so true!! Thank you!
DeleteYou sound busy! Good luck with everything and hope you find some time to relax this weekend :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg!
DeleteMoving is so stressful and I can’t even imagine moving again after 31 years in my home. Enjoy all your new books and have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jodie!
DeleteMoving was always more work that I thought it would be. I've moved so many times as an adult and it's always a bit stressful. I hope you get your home sorted soon!
ReplyDeleteNice haul, Cindy. I read Coming Home and enjoyed it. I didn't mind reading Authentically, Izzy on the kindle, but I do think it's probably better in print.
Thanks Wendy. Yeah, one reviewer said it was awful and I didn't want that experience.
DeleteI hope you get more settled soon. A good load of books there.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend.

DeleteMoving...painting...I hate all of it. LOL I hope the worst of it is behind you and you can soon sit back and relax in your new home!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jinjer, I don't love it either, it is a lot of hard work! I think by mid-late December we will be enjoying it!
DeleteYou've been busy. It all just takes time and it will come together. Your books look really good especially Authentically Izzy. Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteThanks Yvonne, I am loving Authentically Izzy!
DeleteI have watched many romcom movies, but I've never read a romcom book. I am on the hunt to read at least one next year. "Weird and best to read as a physical copy" sounds intriguing. Lol. :-)
ReplyDeleteMeezan, I have really gotten into RomComs this past year! I am LOVING Authentically, Izzy and highly recommend it!
DeleteMoving is so hard!! But making your rooms the way you want them is very fun. :) I always struggle to comment under regular circumstances, so when there is something else going on, it is even harder!
ReplyDeleteSo true!
DeleteI'm glad you are getting settled and hope you found your local library. I tend to only do challenges that fit my goals and aren't too heavy on reporting.
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
Anne, yes, I think "no" reporting would be better since that is the part I struggle to remember, LOL. I have not gone to the library yet but I do know where it is!
DeleteHope you get settle in after the move and have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ann!
