Christians in the Age of Outrage is the second book that I have read by Ed Stetzer. I loved the first one (Spiritual Warfare and Missions), and I loved this one, which tells me I need to read more of his works. I think what "got" me with both books is the relevancy factor. Both books are needed and relevant.

Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing High-Wire Heartbreak by Anna Schmidt. It is book 6 in the Doors to the Past series, where each book features a dual-timeline period romantic suspense story set against a historic American landmark. They all stand alone and do not need to be read in order. As I was writing this post I realized it published 1.1.22, but since I have not been able to get my hands on it, I can't wait to read it 😉 I have really enjoyed the other books I have read from this series and have high expectations for this one!

Dreams of Gold is the second book in the series. I strongly recommend reading the first book, An Unlikely Pair, as this book picks up right where that one left off.
