My review:
Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing Deception by Patricia Bradley. It is the fourth book in the Natchez Trace Park Rangers series and is set to release on August 1, 2022.
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is books on my summer 2022 to-read list. I have already done a post like this when I signed up to read 20 books for summer. So, today I will be doing my next 10 reads in order that I need to read them. This helps me because I have a few deadline books and needed to do this anyway 😂 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
My Next 10 reads:
Hey bookish friends! How are things going for you? I am doing well, writing this week from Wisconsin. Today is our last day here and we will be attending a wedding this afternoon and will start the trek home tonight, tomorrow evening we will spend the night in KY and arrive home (NC) sometime Monday evening. We have gone through/visited 8 states (started NC, TN, KY, OH, IN, IL, MN, WI) and had a blast seeing a lot of cool things...hope to do that update soonish!
Author: Jennie Allen
Genre: Self-help, Christian Nonfiction, Christian Living
Publisher: Waterbrook
Source: Library/Own
My review:
I will start by saying while this is Christian nonfiction, it is not preachy. Jennie's answers aren't "find God" or "go to Church" or anything like that. This book is helpful for anyone who is lonely, whether spiritual/Christian or not.

My Review:
It took me a hot minute to remind myself of the characters from Roots of Wood and Stone, but that didn't stop my enjoyment of this book.
