Happy Friday, my bookish friends! Welcome
back to
First Line Friday hosted by Carrie
at Reading is My SuperPower!! I am also linking up with Gilion on Rose City Reader
for Book Beginnings. This is where you share the beginning of the book that you are reading. To join in the fun grab the book you are reading and
leave a comment with the first line (or your link). This week I am reading Eloise and the Grump Next Door by Emma St. Clair and Jenny Proctor. It is the first book in the Oakley Island RomCom series.

Harvest Moon
Series: Riverbend #3
Author: Denise Hunter
Genre: Contemporary Romance, Fiction,
Publisher: Thomas Nelson
Source: Net Galley
My review:
What a heartbreaking beginning to Harvest Moon! It is so heavy but completely captures your attention. While it is the third book in the Riverbend series, it can be read as a stand-alone novel.

Can't Wait Wednesday-The Lost Melody
Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing The Lost Melody by Joanna Davidson Politano. It comes out October 4, 2022. As far as I know, this is a stand-alone novel.
