Stacking the Shelves #224 Sunday Post #221 Sunday Salon #215

Hey, my bookish friends!!  How are you all doing? This week felt long, even though it really shouldn't have. We have had gorgeous fall weather during the day (the mornings are cold!). We are getting closer to having everything settled in the house. I had an ENT appointment yesterday (Friday) and the doctor ordered some testing to see if we can figure out why after 6 weeks the congestion still has not cleared up. A Spectrum representative is coming this afternoon to fix our intermittent internet issues (they have been soooo obnoxious), and we have church tonight. Weather permitting my husband and I will hike in the morning. Hopefully we will all adjust to the time change quickly. What are your plans for the weekend?

Seeking Persephone

Title: Seeking Persephone

Series: The Lancaster Family #1

Author: Sarah M. Eden

My Review:

I have had this book on my TBR for four years and I am annoyed that I waited so long to read it. However, that just means I can binge the series together, which is what I plan to do.

TTT-Spooky stories for the season

Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is: Halloween Freebie. I am going to highlight some books that are great for the Halloween/spooky season. I have read all of these and will try to link them to my reviews. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

Top Ten Tuesday-Spooky Stories for the season

When Death Draws Near by Carrie Stuart Parks-a 5-star read, but I read it before I was writing reviews for all the books I read, so no review.
