And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

Other updates:
I added 8 books to my Goodreads shelf this week. I took several more off my list...progress is being made, LOL.
I finished 5 books this week. I still need to post the review for 2 of them.
I also shared about my one year blogiversary this week.
Another post on my family blog about Devil's Lake State park and The Lost Canyon Tours.
I am also linking up with the Sunday Post. The Sunday Post is a blog news meme hosted at Caffeinated Reviewer. I will also be joining Deb at Readerbuzz for the Sunday Salon.
Finishing five books in one week is so impressive! Kudos to you!
ReplyDeleteI haven't acquired many new books recently, but one that I picked up was a small story-book version of the poem "The Hill We Climb" by Amanda Gorman.

Thanks Claire! I am trying not to acquire many new books, but trying to read what I have and from my backlist on Goodreads :)
DeleteI agree with Claire (above) that reading 5 books in a week is a lot. But I guess if you read over 200 a year, it makes sense! I usually average more like 2-3/week but this one only finished one. Sometimes life is just busy. :) I'm not familiar with the Nancy Mehl series - I'll go take a look. Happy Reading this week.

Terrie, I am a fast reader and currently don't work outside the home, so I do get a decent amount of time in to read :) Some weeks I only finish one or two...life does get busy! Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteRead The Girl in the Painting first. It's awesome.
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura, I will read it soon :)
DeleteThe Mehl series looks interesting. I'll have to check it out. They look right up my alley.
ReplyDeleteHeather, I really enjoy her books!
DeleteHello Cindy! The Girl in the Painting looks interesting. Thanks for the lovely post!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by!
DeleteI hope you're having a good reading weekend! :) Same thing happened here, we're kinda just hanging out this weekend so hopefully I'll get more reading in.
ReplyDeleteGreg, thanks. My weekend is going okay, enjoying catching up on a few things.
DeleteHi there Cindy! I hope your reading plans for the weekend all materialized.
ReplyDeleteObviously Nancy Mehl is a favorite author of yours. Will have to take a look...
Have a good week ahead and happy reading!

DeleteI hope you enjoy your reading time this weekend. I need to spend some time reading too. I've just been so busy unpacking. I hope you have a great week! :)
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Post
Jenni, I hope your unpacking is going well. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteWe started a home policy of "One Thing In, One Thing Out" a few years ago. It's hardest to do with books. It looks like you are doing that with Goodreads.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your one-year blogoversary, Cindy!
Deb, I try to do that too! I have NOT done it with books, but need too!! I have been cleaning them out to give use for our Little Free Library, but we already have more books for that than space, so it's hard.
DeleteThe Mehl series looks really good!
