February was a weird month. We had a lot of sickness, followed by a lot of working having to make up canceled classes. I read 16 books in January and DNFed 1. Click on the cover of the book if you are interested in the review.

Series: Muir Harbor #3
Author: Melissa Tagg
Publisher: Lakespur Press
Genre: Christian Fiction,
Genre: Contemporary Romance, Mystery, Christian Fiction,
Source: Library
My Review:
Wedding at Sea by Melissa Tagg is a dramatic conclusion to the series. Happy sigh. I reiterate what I said in my review of A Seaside Wonder: read the books in order! Do not read this book without reading the first two or you will get major spoilers, and you do not want this series spoiled. It is so enchanting.
Series: Muir Harbor #2
Author: Melissa Tagg
Publisher: Lakespur Press
Genre: Christian Fiction, mystery, Contemporary Romance
Source: Own
My Review:
A Seaside Wonder overlaps just a little bit with Autumn by the Sea, but now it is Indi's perspective. Details the reader didn't even know they needed are revealed, immediately engaging the reader. I highly recommend reading this series in order. You will get huge spoilers by reading it out of order.

My Review:
Autumn by the Sea is the first book in the Muir Harbor series. The series needs to be read in order as each book builds upon the previous one.
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books to Read During a Storm (these can be cozy/comfy reads, books with storms in them, atmospheric reads for dark and stormy nights, light reads to combat the heavy weather, etc.) (Submitted by Astilbe.) While it is a great topic, I am going to tweak it for books to read in a snow storm. These books might have a snow storm in them, or they might just have snowy covers, we'll see what I come up with.Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

It does have a blizzard in it, my full review will be up on Thursday, but I LOVED Waiting for Gilbert by Tasha Hackett, so much witty banter, overall a fun story. |
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday is Top Ten Quick Reads/Books to Read When Time is Short (Books under 150 pages, or if you’re not a novella reader maybe spin this to be books you could read in a day or a single sitting.) (Submitted by Jennifer @ FunkNFiction.com and Angela @ Reading Frenzy) Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
I am not a huge novella reader but here are 10 novellas/short memorable reads
Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is a freebie, so I went in a pretty obvious direction with the season-favorite Christmas stories (so far!) Happy Tuesday and Happy Halloween my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is a Halloween Freebie. Today I am going to highlight some books with Halloween or fall vibes that are still on my TBR. Ten-ish books with Halloween or fall vibes that I still need to read:
As I pause to reflect on the month of December, I am thankful I found more time to read than I did in November. I don't know what my reading life will look like in the new year since I am going to be getting a part-time job, but I hope to still have a decent amount of time for reading and blogging!
I finished 17 books in December and DNF 2. Click on the cover of the book if you want to read my review.

I am taking a page out of Lark's book and I am going to do a few mini-reviews (she actually does Haiku reviews but I am NOT that creative). Mostly because I finished quite a few books this week and I don't have the brain capacity to do "real" reviews, and I don't want to get behind on my reviews because then I lose the motivation to do them.
Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is bookish wishes. While this is a great topic, I am not able to gift books this time, so I don't feel right putting my list out there. I am on vacation and meant to schedule a post but ran out of time so this one will be quick. Today I am doing library books that I have requested and my library has bought them! Library wishes granted:
Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! We had an ice storm come through on Sunday with a little bit of snow, so we were in Sunday and Monday (not complaining!). I enjoyed the time to read, blog, and spend with my family with very little distractions.Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is 2021 new releases that I was excited to get to, but didn't. At first I didn't think I would have that many, but looking back I actually had 32 books that I was really looking forward to and wanting to read.
