Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is books on our winter 2023-24 to read list. I have not made a list like that, and this year I don't plan to (gasp!). Usually my list is made up of ARCs and books on my book challenges. I only have one ARC that I have committed to, and I don't plan to do any traditional challenges in the next year (we'll see how long that resolve lasts, LOL). So, my list today is a Christmas list of possibilities. These are books I own, or have out from the library, or have on my Kindle. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
Christmas list of possibilities
What are you hoping to read this winter, or just this Christmas season? What did you do
for today's topic? I would love for you to share in the comments. To

Good luck with your year of reading whatever you like! Every time I've thought about not doing challenges I've got sucked back in, so I don't try and resist any more.
ReplyDeleteEllie, LOL, I totally get it, but I just have too much on me, and I am put pressure on myself to complete all the challenges, I need a break.
DeleteI took on a ton of challenges last year, and I liked doing so many...Somehow it encouraged me to read a lot of books from genres I might not have read before. I was surprised!
ReplyDeleteDeb, that's awesome!
DeleteThese all look great. I love Christmas stories. Hope you get to read all these.

ReplyDeleteThanks Deanna!
DeleteThese look perfect for the season! I hope you enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Aj :)
DeleteI just checked a Christmas book out of the library. I am determined to read at least one Christmas book before the big day this year.
ReplyDeleteMy Winter reading goals
Anne, I totally understand. I am usually bogged down trying to catch up on challenges that I rarely read many seasonal books. This year I was determined to read more. So far, I have no regrets ;)
DeleteA Cross-Country Christmas and Christmas Baggage are such good stories. I loved them. Your list is fantastic, Cindy. I do hope you are able to get to all these books and I hope you love each one! 😀
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Nicole!
DeleteBack in the day I read some books by Karen Witemeyer but it's been FOREVER since I did. All I mostly remember about them is their darling cover ar. ;)
ReplyDeleteRissi, I love the humor in her books as well.
DeleteAll of these look fun and cozy. Hope you'll love all of them!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lindsey!
DeleteGood luck avoiding reading challenges in the coming year!

Pam, LOL, right? I just saw one on Instagram that looked intriguing, and it's new, and then I am like, "no!" Yet, I go and follow those leading it, LOL!
DeleteI hope you get a chance to read A Cross-Country Christmas; it's the best! Under the Texas Mistletoe looks like a lot of fun, too. :D
ReplyDeleteLark, I think I need to make time for it :)
DeleteI did the complete opposite for this list - I only listed non-Christmas books for winter reading. Lol. You've got some good ones on here. Thanks for contributing to the growth of my TBR list! :-)
ReplyDeleteMeezan, sorry, not sorry, LOL! This is how we learn about ALL the books, right?! I will be checking out your list.
DeleteThese books look amazing! Such a nice Christmas TBR list, they all look so cozy and inviting!
ReplyDeleteThanks Haze!
DeleteThese all look cozy and Christmasy. Great list!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rebecca!
DeleteYou have so many great books on your list! I hope you enjoy them all! I loved Christmas in Mistletoe Square and You Make It Feel Like Christmas. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Ashley! My copy of You Make it Feel Like Christmas is lost in the mail :( I am hoping it shows up soon!
DeleteThese all look so sweet and cozy! I hope you love them.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
