Stacking the Shelves #120, Sunday Post #117, Sunday Salon #111

Hey bookish friends! How are you doing? Did you miss me? Or did you realize I was even gone 😂😂? These past few weeks have been insane. I only thought things would slow down. I was going to post last weekend and didn't get time, then me and my husband went to Michigan to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Hang on tight because I have a TON of books to share this week! Can you guess how many bookstores we visited in Michigan, not counting thrift stores? The answer will be down below.

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

Other updates:

My reading has been sporadic lately with my daughter moving back in, working, traveling, and just all the things. We went to 6 bookstores, not counting thrift stores!! Did you guess correctly?

  1. Wondering if you were here in Ann Arbor. We have quite a few bookstores with both used and new books. At least four that are not part of any chain and are a bit quirky. Nice that you were here.
    best, mae

  3. Welcome Back and Happy Anniversary! I looked at your pictures. Looks like you had a great time. I wonder if the Tulip Festival is like the Cherry Blossom Festival in D.C. in that the cherry blossoms aren't necessarily in bloom at the time of the festival. Looks like you have a nice selection of new books. I'm intrigued by the healthy eating one, but they all look good. I guessed way more than 6 bookstores. Lol. Have a great week! :)

  8. Happy anniversary. I tend to avoid book stores as I have limited myself to ebooks. I gave away my home library a year ago, and now relish the extra space in the basement.
