Top Ten Tuesday-Cindy's World

Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic isBooks Set in/Take Place During X (Pick a place, time, era, etc. Examples: Books set in Europe/Italy/Australia/Chicago, books set in Regency England, books that take place during the 1900s, books set in imaginary worlds/post-apocalyptic/dystopian worlds, books set on the ocean, books set it castles, books that take place during WW2, etc.) I am struggling! I can't think of anything that will get me to 10 books...so we are going into my world, where I list the last 10 books I gave 5-stars to!  Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

Top Ten Tuesday-Cindy's World where we explore her last 10 Five-star books:

WE are going to cheat in Cindy's world and list The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion by Beth Brower, Volumes 1-8 as one book!! The first book was my least favorite, but the series MUST be read in order. I am on the final book and will be inconsolable when I don't have another one to read 😂.

The Unselected Journal of Emma M. Lion Vol 1
Turtles in the Road by Rhonda Rhea
Hope Like Wildflowers by Pepper Basham
A Twist of Faith by Pepper Basham (the whole Mitchell's Crossroads series)
Untangle Your Emotions by Jennie Allen
The Atlas of Untold Stories by Sara Brunsvold
First Love, Second Draft by Becca Kinzer
Perilous Tides by Elizabeth Goddard
Everything's Coming Up Rosie by Courtney Walsh
The Double Play by Annah Conwell (I have enjoyed this series as well)

Clicking on the cover of the book will take you to my review. Have you read any of these? What topic did you do today?

I would love for you to share in the comments. To see what other topics our bookish friends are doing this week click on the image below.

  9. I enjoy reading through lists of 5-star book lists. What I think is funny is when I clearly say I don't like a book in a review and someone, who clearly didn't read closely, comments how wonderful the book sounds. Ha! I haven't read any of your recent favs but will keep this list close!

  10. I totally get struggling with those Top Ten Tuesday topics, so your "Cindy's World" version is brilliant! Cheating with the Emma M. Lion series is totally allowed when they're that good – good luck with that last one, I know that feeling. Your list has some really interesting titles; I haven't read any of these yet, but I'm adding a few to my TBR now.
