October Reading Wrap Up 2025

What month are we wrapping up? With being sick at the beginning of the month, I got to read more books this month, and had quite a few 5-star reads. I read 20 books and had 1 DNF and one two star read (which I don't talk about on here). Click on the cover of the book if you are interested in reading my review.

Curveball on the Dance Floor

Curveball on the Dance Floor JustRead Blog Tour

Welcome to the Blog Tour for Curveball on the Dance Floor by Karin Beery, hosted by JustRead Publicity Tours!

About the Book

Title: Curveball on the Dance Floor
Series: Novak Sisters #2
Author: Karin Beery
Publisher: Independently Published
Release Date: October 28, 2025
Genre: Contemporary Romance

My review:

Curveball on the Dance Floor is the second book in the series. I have not read the first one yet, but I wish I had. While this can easily read as a standalone novel, I do feel like I missed a few details, like why Carmen (one of Chris's sisters) is in Germany.

Stacking the Shelves #187 Sunday Post #184 Sunday Salon #178

Hey my bookish friends! How was your week? I had Monday off of work since I was still sick, so I had a few extra days to rest this week. I spent the time reading, blogging, and taking naps. It was still a long week and I am still exhausted. We don't have any set plans for this weekend. I will be catching up on laundry, maybe some cleaning, and we might go for a hike.

Stacking the Shelves #109, Sunday Post #106, Sunday Salon #100

Hey bookish friends! How are you doing? I ended up with Monday and Tuesday off, but it still felt like a long week. I have spent the day working and I still need to work, but I am wiped out. So, I took a break to finish this post.

Summer Dayz

As we enjoy the last few days of the summer season I decided to honor the end of this season with a tribute of books. What better way for book lover to recognize the end of a season, right?! Summer has been good to me but I did not actually read any books with summer in the title this year (did you?!).

Here are a few books I have read that have summer in the title:
