My Review:

This is my first time reading a book by Liz Tolsma and I look forward to reading her other works. While A Picture of Hope is part of the Heroines of WWII series it is designed to be read alone. The books in the series can be read in any order.

Can't Wait Wedneday- Shadows of Swanford Abbey

Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing Shadows of Swanford Abbey by Julie Klassen. I was blown away by Julie's Ivy Hill series. Shadows of Swanford Abbey is set to release December 7, 2021.

Top Ten Tuesday-Memorable Quotes

Happy Tuesday, friends! The theme for today's top ten Tuesday is memorable book quotes. This is a bit difficult for me because I don't keep a quote journal or anything like that. Sometimes I put memorable quotes in my reviews, and that is where I will be looking to hopefully find ten quotes. To find out what our other bookish friends are doing for Top Ten Tuesday check out That Artsy Reader Girl.

The Last Piece

Title: The Last Piece

Author: Terrie Todd

Genre: Historical Fiction, Christian Fiction,

My Review:

Be prepared for an emotional ride. I loved the idea of this book because I love doing jigsaw puzzles. The storyline is unique and I have never read anything like it. While I am not a huge Historical Fiction fan, Terrie Todd's books always amaze me.

Sunday Spotlight #5-Allison Pearl

Happy Sunday, friends! A few weeks ago I started doing a "Sunday Spotlight" where I highlight a book/author that deserves more love!  I take a book that I have read and enjoyed that has less than 100 reviews on Goodreads and give it some extra love by drawing it to your attention! Maybe someday I will host a link party (if I can figure it out) to make it easier to participate.
