Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. The Stacking the Shelves meme is hosted at Reading Reality.

Thanks Greg!
DeleteI had high hopes for Ever Faithful, but I thought it was disappointing. Maybe I expected too much. And Dear Henry, Love Edith looks really good.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful new house. I wish I knew something about your new town. Honestly, I don't even know anything about Ohio!
Thanks Deb. I have been learning about parts of Ohio since my daughter has been in college there the past few years, but this area is totally new!
DeleteHave a smooth time moving from your old to your ew house!

Thanks Jenni! We will end up spending 9 days at my in-laws house before heading to Ohio.
DeleteCongrats on your beautiful house! I can already picture how CUTE it will be when it snows!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jinjer!
DeleteAh packing. And books. Packing books. Those darn boxes get SO heavy, so quickly. Every time we've moved, I tend to shrink my personal library of books I've already read. The last move, I only took books I haven't read yet and had a 'friends & family' book giveaway and just had people stop by and shop my shelves. That actually turned out to be quite fun AND got rid of lots of books to good homes. Hope your move goes smoothly. And at the end of the day, put your tired feet up and read a few pages! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit - especially when you're so busy.
Terrie @ Bookshelf Journeys
Thanks Terrie. I have a Free Little Library (that I am leaving here) so I do cull my books out. It still ends up being a lot though, LOL!
DeleteAlso got Sundown!
ReplyDeleteYay!
DeleteOh, I love your house!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jennifer.
DeleteGood luck with packing. I moved a lot at one point and so I have gone to mostly digital books, other than the 19 bookcases all ready full. I have good friends in Dayton and Columbus OH. Samantha the Book Disciple is in OH but I'm not sure where in Ohio. I hope your move goes slowly. Packing and unpacking are how I first started audiobooks and now it's at least half my reading.
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
Anne, yes, I love audiobooks! They do make the chores go faster. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteCongratulations on your new home! How exciting!! :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteOh your new house is lovely Cindy!! Wow! I wish you only happiness and love there. Good luck with all the packing and moving.... Always an upsetting event, no matter how excited you are.
ReplyDeleteOf course you still had to buy new books. You never know how long it's going to take you to unpack the other ones!
Have a wonderful week and best of luck!
