Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is books with dynamic duos in them. I am not feeling the topic so I am going rogue. I will be celebrating Palindrome day and highlighting books that I have read or plan to read with "Two" in the title. Happy two day!!! (2-22-22) Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today!
READ:
Title: Northanger Abbey
Author: Jane Austen
Publisher: Wordsworth
Source: Owned
My review:
Well, I enjoyed Northanger Abbey more than Sense and Sensibility. I think if I am really going to enjoy classics I need to listen to them on audio. That way I won't notice the long parts with no dialogue as much.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are planning to read over the week. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and add to your TBR pile! This meme is hosted by Kathryn at The Book Date. I am reading A Stranger's Game by Colleen Coble.
Happy Friday, my bookish friends! Any plans for the weekend? This weekend is super busy with opening my Free Little Library on Saturday, my daughter coming home for Spring Break, bringing two friends with her, and my in-laws coming for dinner. Sunday morning is Church and Sunday afternoon we are taking our youth group bowling. Welcome back to First Line Friday hosted by Carrie at Reading is My SuperPower!! I am also linking up with Gilion on Rose City Reader for Book Beginnings. This is where you share the beginning of the book that you are reading. To join in the fun grab the book you are reading and leave a comment with the first line (or your link). This week I am reading The Secrets of Paper and Ink by Lindsay Harrel. I started it on Monday, then set it aside to finish Northanger Abbey.
