Happy Friday, my bookish friends! Any plans for the weekend? Tomorrow is my son's last Bible Quizzing event ever so I am going to that, which will take most of the day Sunday is Church in the morning and teaching youth in the evening. In Search of a Prince starts with a nod toward Princess Diaries. It then goes on with an original storyline, set on a fictional island off the coast of Africa. This is my first introduction to Toni Shiloh's work, but it will not be my last.

Edgewater Road is unlike any book I have read by Shelley Shepard Gray. Her typical genre is Amish Christian romance, so this one took me by surprise. This is the first book in The Rumors in Ross County series a contemporary fiction romance.
