Happy Tuesday, my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books for People Who Liked Author X. I am not able to come up with anything for this, so I am going to go with my top 5 star reads for the first quarter of the year. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
My Top Ten 9 5-star reads of the year (I took out NF and rereads to get me closer to 10):
You can click on the covers of the book if you are interested in reading my review.
This is a cool idea for a post. I usually only do my 5-star books posts in July and December. I'm glad you found so many good books!
ReplyDeleteThanks Aj! Yeah, I had to come up with something.
DeleteThis is a great topic! It's fun to recap our favorite reads. :-) I've only read Becca Kinzer's this year, and Amy Lynn Green's last year. I'll have to watch for some of these others! :-)
ReplyDeleteErin, all of these have been out for a bit. I hope you get to read them :)
DeleteMy Phony Valentine looks adorable! Glad you liked it so much. :)

DeleteGreat topic! These look lovely. I don't know how many 5 star reads I have this year. I should go look.
ReplyDeleteKami, I wasn't sure how many I had either until I did this list. I think I would normally have more by now.
DeleteMidnight Blue looks good!! Have a great week!!

ReplyDeleteLindsey, all her books are fun :)
DeleteLove that you've already read so many 5-star reads this year. I'm really looking forward to reading both My Phony Valentine and The Blackout Book Club. And, of course, Merritt and Her Childhood Crush, too. :D
ReplyDeleteLark, so many good books to look forward to!
DeleteThose Eason books always look good to me!
ReplyDeleteGreg, maybe you should try one! They are good and not preachy.
DeleteI'm glad you've found so many 5-star reads already! I didn't love THE BLACKOUT BOOK CLUB, but I liked it well enough. Glad you enjoyed it so much.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Susan, it is one that hits differently, for sure. I just found the friendships poignant and refreshing.

DeleteI couldn't do this weeks topic either. I love your topic choice, and now I have more books for my TBR!
ReplyDeleteWendy, YAY! I am ALWAYS happy to hear that.
DeleteMy Phony Valentine looks interesting. I love ice hockey. :-)
ReplyDeleteMeezan, it was really good!
DeleteI'm not familiar with any of these but I'm glad you're off to such a great start! And is that paper in a toaster on the cover of Dear Henry, Love Edith? That's probably something my husband expects me to do one day! :-)
ReplyDeleteJen, LOL, it is and I hadn't really noticed, sigh.
DeleteNine 5-stars so far, is a great start to the year! I've added some to my TBR :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome, Lucy! I hope you enjoy them when you get a chance to read them.
DeleteThat is a great start to the year. I have had a few 4.5 star reads but I am still waiting for that elusive 5 star read.
