I added 66 books to my favorites shelf on Goodreads, so this is going to be kind of hard to narrow down. I am not going to count the books that were rereads, which makes the number a little lower. Also, a huge thanks to Erin at Cracker Crumb Life for sending me Strawberry Fields for Never by Kate Watson. December Reading Wrap Up 2025

November and December had me moving (literally), so I did not do a November reading wrap up. However, I did read 25 books (didn't know it was that many until just now, (4 were children's books) DNF'd 2. It looks like I had a record number of 5 star reads as well: 11!! Hey my bookish friends!!  How are you all doing? I have missed checking in over the last few weeks! We have been busy looking for a place to live, and packing up
our house. I have been sporadically posting over the last two weeks. I think I have one more ARC to review, then all my deadlines on that front will be met for the year. This weekend will mostly be packing and cleaning. Of course, I will find pockets of time for reading 😃. What are your plans for the weekend?

Nonfiction November-My Year in Nonfiction 2025

This is my first year participating in Nonfiction November. I don't know if I will do all the weeks, but I am doing this week and will decide on a week-to-week basis.

Hey my bookish friends! How was your week? Mine was long. I am finally getting back into all my routines and things, plus I had several extra appointments this week, and we had several evenings with showings. Then, on Wednesday my mom was admitted to the hospital, she had 1300cc's of fluid drained off her lung on Thursday, which had compressed the lung. They are testing the fluid to see if it is from the tumors in her lungs, if so, they will put a port in so they can drain it periodically. This was her first stay in the hospital, and of course you get no rest in there. Thankfully she was able to go home Friday night. She is ready to be back on her own schedule. Today is my daughter's 23rd birthday, so she is here and we will be celebrating her and having some family time.

March Reading Wrap Up 2025

March was a mix of hard moments and fun moments. We had some sickness and I feel like I read more this month trying to relax from the stressful times. I read 25 books in March, but several were 2-stars so they won't be mentioned here. My Review:

Delighting in Jesus is the first book I have read by Asheritah Ciuciu, but it will not be my last. It is one of those books that touches you so profoundly that it is hard to find the right words to write a review, but I am going to do my best.

Hey my bookish friends! How was your week? Mine was busy and long. My daughter ended up sick so I was teaching all the classes for our business. I ended up canceling Friday's classes because I was having dizzy spells and just didn't feel great. I am teaching this morning, and we are trying Saturday evening Church instead of Sunday morning, so we'll see how that goes, but that means we can stay in all day Sunday and rest and relax.
