Be prepared for an emotional ride. I loved the idea of this book because I love doing jigsaw puzzles. The storyline is unique and I have never read anything like it. While I am not a huge Historical Fiction fan, Terrie Todd's books always amaze me.

Henry the Goose Who Got to Love is written for children between the ages of 6-10, however, I think it would be better suited for children a bit older.

Opening a book and seeing a "meet the cast" section is a little scary for this reader. I was immediately leery because I have a hard time following quite a few characters, I am better with less. However, I need not have worried as the author took her time setting the stage and introduction of the characters.
