Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is: 2024
Releases I Was Excited to Read but Still Haven’t Gotten To (will you be
prioritizing these this year?) This should be interesting. I don't remember release years but Goodreads should be able to help a girl out. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.
2024 New Releases I OWN that I was excited to read and still haven't (in my defense, your honor, I got several of these in Nov/Dec):
A few more I was excited to read that I don't own but again, still haven't (so many books, so little time!): |
But He's My Roommate by Annah Conwell, I loved this whole series, but I had listened to them on audiobook and this one wasn't available when I was bingeing them, and I didn't have time to read it. I have had it checked out on Kindle Unlimited since Dec. 26th. It is high on my list for this year. |
And, yes, I would LOVE to read ALL of these this year!! Will I, probably not. Why, because there are SO many books I want to read 😂
What topic did you go with this week? I would love for you to share in the comments. To see what other topics our bookish friends are doing this week click on the image below.
There really are too many books and too little time! I haven't read any of these, but I hope you enjoy whichever of them you pick up!
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT this week: https://bookwyrmknits.com/2025/02/04/top-ten-tuesday-2024-releases-i-own-but-still-havent-read/
Thanks Nicole!
DeleteBetween the Sound and Sea has an interesting cover!
ReplyDeleteLydia, I agree.
DeleteI don't think I have heard of any of them. So many books out there.. Hope they all turn out to be good.
ReplyDeleteThanks Hena!
DeleteI didn't do this TTT, but I do have two dozen or so (or maybe even more, I haven't counted them recently) books sitting on my shelves that I bought months or years ago that I still haven't read. Oops. ;D
ReplyDeleteLark, we are not talking about all the books on our shelves from years ago, LOL! That number is too high to talk about. WE are only talking about 2024 ;)
DeleteIf only we all had endless time to read!
ReplyDeleteHere is our Top Ten Tuesday.
Astilbe, a girl can dream!
DeleteGreat list, Cindy! The Road Before Us sounds good. Hope you get to read these this year.

Thanks Cheryl!
DeleteThere are quite a few on your list that I still need to read too! Hope you enjoy them all! Happy reading! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks Ashley!
DeleteThose all look good. My big problem is that all my 2024 books look good, but now we're in 2025 and I know more good books will be released and added to my TBR. I do hope you get to at least read a few, if not all that you want to. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteYvonne, yes, it is the problem that stays, LOL!
DeleteThere are just soooo many books out there to read! I wanted to read the new Amanda Dykes too but just didn't get there!
ReplyDeleteLisa, exactly! It's a good problem to have.
DeleteWe will do our best to read our lists this year--but I'm with you, it probably won't happen. LOL This is a great list, Cindy. I see a few romances I need to add to my wish list. I hope you do enjoy them when you read them!
ReplyDeleteThanks Wendy!
DeleteNot to mention all the great books that will come out this year, in addition to the ones that we didn't get to the year before!!
ReplyDeleteMarg, right? It's a never ending battle!
DeleteI used to bring home (literally) hundreds of free ARCs from library conferences. But, after a while, it became a little overwhelming. The last time I went, I just brought home an armload. Last year I didn't go. It's hard to keep up with latest and greatest!
ReplyDeleteDeb, it really is! Plus, there are YEARS upon YEARS of books written that need to be read as well!
DeleteI love that you have so many romance titles on your list! I've been feeling a bit burnt out with reading some heavy books recently and I think I'd love to just binge on romance for a while. Adding these to my tbr!
ReplyDeleteHaze, fabulous! I hope you enjoy the ones you do read.
DeleteFor Butter or For Worse looks so fun! I hope you'll love all these books when you get to them :) Thanks for visiting my blog!
ReplyDeleteMarwah, thanks!
DeleteThere are way too many books to read. I especially want to read Target Acquired and Over the Edge. I hope you’re able to read them all this year!
ReplyDeleteCarla, that's the goal, LOL!
DeleteJessica's is high on my priority list too! I loved her second book so reading this one is a must. Hoping it's just as fun. :) Thanks for visiting my list last week and apologies for not visiting here sooner.
ReplyDeleteRissi, I have enjoyed her books as well and need to read her backlist, including this one.
