February Reading Wrap up 2025

February was a weird month. We had a lot of sickness, followed by a lot of working having to make up canceled classes. I read 16 books in February and DNFed 1. Click on the cover of the book if you are interested in the review.

Hey my bookish friends! How was your week? Mine was busy with extra work, but I did manage to get caught up on my reviews (for now), probably because I had less time to read! I did finish the quilt I was working on with my blocks from the all Ohio Shop Hop (pictured below). This morning was work, and because the past few days have been packed, I am just now getting around to doing this post. I am looking forward to doing nothing but resting tomorrow (and you know, blogging, reading, LOL!).

Nicole is the third book in the Sewing in SoCal series by Sarah Monzon. While each book can be read as a stand-alone novel, I recommend reading them in order as the friends are in each book and you will get minor spoilers to the earlier books.

My Review:

I have been looking forward to Jess's story since the series' first book! A Pursuit of Home did not disappoint! While it could be read as a stand-alone novel, I recommend reading the series to best understand the friendship between Daphne, Kit, and Jess.
