Top Ten Tuesday-Top Nonfiction books from 2024

Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is: Books I Never Reviewed (Share the titles of books you never reviewed on your blog/tiktok/insta/etc. and if you liked them or not!) Since I have started blogging I have reviewed all the books I have read. If I have not put them on my blog it's because they were either DNFs or books rated lower than 3 stars and I didn't like them. I don't think that list would be very interesting, nor worth spending time on, so I am going to go a different direction today. I am going to share my top ten nonfiction book from 2024.Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

A Valentine From Charleston

Title: A Valentine From Charleston

Series: Heirloom Secrets

Author: Ashley Clark

Publisher: Story Time Press

Genre: Historical Fiction, Novella

Source: Kindle Own

My Review:

A Valentine from Charleston is only 68 pages, making it more of a short story than a novella. It is a prequel to Paint and Nectar by Ashley Clark.

He's so Not my Valentine

Title: He's So Not My Valentine

Series: Cataloochee Coffee Shop Romance #2

Author: Savannah Scott

Publisher: Independently Published

Genre: RomCom, Contemporary Romance

Source: Library

My Review:

He's So Not My Valentine is the stand-alone sequel to A Not So Fictional Fall. While they don't have to be read in order, I will always recommend reading them that way! The two main characters do meet in the previous book, A Not So Fictional Fall, which will broaden your understanding of their relationship.

Stacking the Shelves #156, Sunday Post #153, Sunday Salon #147

Hey my bookish friends! How was your week? Mine was weird. My daughter was still sick and is finally on the mend. My husband came home from work early on Monday, just not feeling good, but not what our daughter had. I started feeling bad on Wednesday, by Thursday I just didn't feel great either. Mine feels like upper respiratory. I am resting and doing as little as possible 😂. I was super sad to hear the news of JoAnn Fabrics closing, the one I use all the time will be gone by the end of the month! My son had an appointment with rheumatology yesterday afternoon that ended with a referral to vascular and a ton of lab work. It still felt like a long week.

Wedding At Sea

Title: Wedding at Sea

SeriesMuir Harbor #3

AuthorMelissa Tagg

Publisher: Lakespur Press

Genre: Christian Fiction,

Genre: Contemporary Romance, Mystery, Christian Fiction,

Source: Library

My Review:

Wedding at Sea by Melissa Tagg is a dramatic conclusion to the series. Happy sigh. I reiterate what I said in my review of A Seaside Wonder: read the books in order! Do not read this book without reading the first two or you will get major spoilers, and you do not want this series spoiled. It is so enchanting.

Top Ten Tuesday-Valentine's Reads

Happy Tuesday my bookish friends!! I hope you all are doing well. Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is: Love Freebie. I have been gathering books (from my shelves, Kindle, and the library) to read for Valentine's day, so I thought it would be perfect to do a Valentine's post. Not all the books are about Valentine's day, just ones I thought would be good to read this month. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and you can head over there to see what our other bookish friends are up to today.

Valentine's Books I had planned to read but probably won't get to:
