Can't Wait Wednesday-The Mysterious Amish Nanny

Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Typically they are books that have not been released yet. This week I am sharing The Mysterious Amish Nanny by Patrice Lewis. I love reading Amish fiction and this title really caught my eye! It comes out December 27, 2022.

Spell the Month in Books-December 2022

I have seen this meme around a few times but never on the day it posts. Today I happened upon it and decided to participate. It is hosted by Jana @ Reviews From the Stacks. Here is how she describes the meme:

Spell the Month in Books is a linkup hosted here on Reviews From the Stacks on the second Saturday of each month.

Hey bookish friends! How are things going for you? I am back in NC for a long weekend, we drove in yesterday. My son has an orthodontist appointment on Monday. Since he is so close to getting his braces off we don't won't to switch Orthodontists. We will head back to Ohio on Tuesday.

Lilly's Promise

Title: Lilly's Promise

Author: Terrie Todd

Genre: Historical fiction, Dual-time, Christian Fiction,

Publisher: Word Alive Press

Source: Author Provided

My review:

It's been a while since I read a novel by Terrie Todd. I had forgotten how she has a gift of grabbing your attention from the opening scene. Lilly's Promise begins at a funeral that sets the course of the novel.
