Happy July, my bookish friends!!! I can't believe the year is half
over! How was your reading this month? I had a pretty good month of reading.
I actually did something I never do=I RE-read 3 books this month!!! They were all 5 stars the first time and again the second 😉 I read 17 books this
month and dnf 1. Click on the cover of the book if you want to read
my review. (I do not put the books on these posts there were under 3 stars).
Re-Reads:
Author: James R. Hannibal
Genre: Thriller, Suspense, Contemporary Fiction
Publisher: Revell
Source: Revell
My review:
I wouldn't exactly call the first lines gripping as Elysium Tide starts in the middle of a surgery, but I was fascinated (even though I am squeamish). I found Elysium Tide fast-paced, unpredictable, and hard to put down.
Happy Friday, my bookish friends! Any
plans for the weekend? Not much going on here.
Welcome back to First Line Friday hosted by Carrie at Reading is My SuperPower!! I am also linking up with Gilion on Rose City Reader for Book Beginnings. This is where you share the beginning of the book that you are reading. To join in the fun grab the book you are reading and leave a comment with the first line (or your link). This week I am reading Elysium Tide by James R. Hannibal.
